Summer Day Camp counselors and campers played in the splash fountain at the Sunnyside Community Center on Thursday, July 28. Temperatures reached at least 102 degrees by 2 p.m. The Summer Day Camp program hosted by Sunnyside Parks and Recreation continues through next Friday, August 12. Registration is required and can be done at the Community Center. Camps meet Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
