Downtown country cowboy

90-year-old Evan Gines, of Sunnyside Assisted Living, participates in handing out baskets of candy during the facility’s haunted bus of trunk or treat fun on Wednesday, Oct. 30. Gines informed Life Enrichment Director Rosie Carrazco that he loves children and wanted to be up front greeting the costume characters and seeing their little smiles before stepping on board the bus to get frightened. The Arizona cowboy has been a resident for the past year with family in Outlook.
