Sunnyside High School senior Billy Francis receives a plant of food for a patron at Bon Vino’s Bistro and Bakery, Feb. 25. Mr. SHS took over the restaurant on Saturday, where they bussed tables, handled food, and greeted customers to raise money for Children’s Miracle Network. The take over also included a silent auction where the fundraiser earned more than $1,400. The pageant for Mr. SHS is at 7 p.m. on March 18 at the high school. This year’s guest of honor is Sunnyside’s very own Ernesto Tapia.
