Princess Theatre prepares for Willy Wonka

A cast of 27 actors is busy learning lines, blocking, choreography, and songs, and becoming fun and fantastical characters in preparation for November’s stage production of Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka at Prosser’s Princess Theatre.

PROSSER — The Princess Theatre and a cast and production team of 50 people are preparing for performances of ‘Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka,’ opening on Friday, November 4.

The production is based on Dahl’s 1964 book ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ and stars Jeremy Erickson as the charismatic and enigmatic candy maker. Colin Ferguson, Simon Kazemba, Thomas Kitzke, Jimmy Park, and Ryleigh Thornock portray the five lucky children who find the Golden Tickets to win a tour of the chocolate factory and a lifetime supply of candy.
