GRANDVIEW —Grandview School District’s first year Parent’s University was such a hit last year, with local parents of school children, in attendance, it’s back for another year of education and collaboration.

The district in its 2019 version, is offering six classes – the first class is this Thursday, Aug. 29.

The university will use the same format, as last year, according to school officials. Every class will have a kindergarten through 12th grade focus.

Parents from all schools are invited and encouraged to attend each of the classes.

The format is as follows: A total of six classes are scheduled to meet once a month through January 2020.

All classes will take place at Grandview Middle School.

Each class will begin with dinner at 6:30 p.m., followed by information at 7 p.m.

Each class – including dinner – should last around an hour and a half.

Childcare will be provided for each class.
