Sunnyside Police arrested four people, including two juveniles, after an altercation at the China Buffet restaurant Tuesday, September 21.

Officers responded around 1 p.m. after a 15-year-old Sunnyside girl assaulted one of two people at another table.

Commander Scott Bailey says they believe the two tables had been communicating prior to the incident.

All four people who were arrested were female, a 24-year-old from Sunnyside, identified as Mayra Gonzalez-Mendez; a 20-year-old from Pasco, Gladys Figueroa-Pineda and two teen girls, one 15 and one 16.

All face charges of disorderly conduct with the teen who started the fight also face charges of assault.

The two adults have been released. The two teens will face their charges in juvenile court.
