GRANDVIEW —Jonathan Creed Carmona, 18, was arrested Thursday, Aug. 29, and booked into Yakima County Jail after having advanced to the county’s Crime Stoppers most wanted list last week.
Carmona was taken into custody by Yakima County Sheriff deputies near Grandview and booked on charges of first-degree rape, second-degree assault and first-degree burglary charge.
The Grandview man is described as a 5'7" Caucasian with black hair and brown eyes, with tattoos and piercings in both ears, was being held on a $500,000 bond.
He was originally arrested by Grandview Police officers after allegedly entering a bedroom window and attacking a young female, according to Grandview Assistant Police Chief Mike Hop.
When Carmona failed to appear in court, he was placed on the Crime Stoppers most wanted list.
