Donato Barrera, 59, of Grandview, WA died August 29, 2021. He was born June 20, 1962, to Enrique & Sara Barrera.

Don was called upon, leaving so many words left to say. But now it’s too late, for your time has come.

Don will be remembered as a mentor to his brother Sergio growing up and he will cherish all the time he spent with him through the years and remembered for all memories they shared. He was a shy and quiet man but was passionate when it came to Family values. He loved our mom & dad dearly.

Don loved sports, wrestling was his favorite, he also wrestled during his high school years. Don graduated from Grandview High School in 1980. He collected classic cars and enjoyed working on them.

He is survived by his father Enrique Barrera and nine siblings: Viviana & (Manuel) Ramirez, Alta Barrera Peal & (Javier Perez), Enrique Jr & (Graciela) Barrera, Ana Maria Escamilla, Blanca Alicia & (Raul) Mendoza, Felix & (Carmen) Barrera, Jose Luis Barrera, Emilia & (Martin) Salinas, Sergio & (Elizabeth) Barrera along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his lovely mother Sara Saenz Barrera, sister-in-law Nora Barrera, brother-in-law Pedro Escamilla, and brother-in-law Jay Peal.
