If you are not entirely satisfied with your subscription, we’re here to help.


Subscription Refund Policy

Refunds on newspaper subscriptions are up to the discretion and approval of the Management Team.

Subscription Delivery

Please make sure your address or P.O. Box is up to date by calling 509-837-4500 or filling out the Change of Address form.

All paid subscriptions are delivered by USPS Second-Class Mail.

If you do not receive your newspaper, please contact the local Post Office.


Advertising Refund Policy

Advertisements are non-refundable after publication in print or online. The Sunnyside Sun will exercise every effort to prevent errors and omissions in any advertisement. In case of error or omission that affect the material value of the advertisement, the Sunnyside Sun, if at fault, will be responsible to the extent of re-running the ad in error, free of charge. The advertiser is urged to check his/her copy for errors or omissions and to contact the Sunnyside Sun immediately if any such error or omission should appear.
